On November 19, 2022, at ERGO ARENA, the Polish Radio Orchestra and the Academic Choir of the Warsaw University of Technology, conducted by Maciej Sztor, will perform a Film Music Concert dedicated to the works of Hans Zimmer. Solo parts will be sung by Anna Lasota, and the narration will be led by Magda Miśka-Jackowska. The whole experience will be enriched with film snippets on the cinema screen.
During the concert, original orchestral suites will be presented from cinematic hits such as: "Gladiator", "Inception", "Interstellar", "Batman", and "Pirates of the Caribbean". Original pieces from the films "Race", "King Arthur", "Dunkirk", and "The Little Prince" will also be performed. The specially selected authorial repertoire will allow appreciation of the stylistic richness and talent of Hans Zimmer - one of the most outstanding contemporary film music composers. Although Hans Zimmer will not appear personally during the concerts, his works and interesting facts from his biography will be presented.
